A Study On Indicator System Of City Ecology Plan Case Study Of Shangqiu City, Henan Province

Along with the advancement of sustainable development from concept and theory to practice,people realized a focus problem to be solved was how to evaluating the rationality of city ecology plan and the sustainability of city's development. In order to solving this question,we must set up an effective index system and an appraising criterion. As a result according research have become one of the leading questiones for discuss in the field of sustainable development and accepted the high recognition in many countries and international organization.Firstly,starting with analyzing the background of indicator system of ecology plan and based on researching the theory research evolvements of city ecology plan involved all around the world and the representative cases,this paper discussed the designing factors of city ecology plan's indicator systemï¼›Secondly,on the basis of the indicator systems' exoterical effects and practice effects and at the same time referenced on all the researches of the city ecology plan,the indictors' system of shangqiu city ecology plan was provided form from the three standpoint of entironment,society and economy by applying the principles of scientific,practical,dynamic,representative,comparative,operative,hierarchical,quantitative and the methods of combination of qualitative and quantitative. At the same time,this paper put forward the relevanting control criterionsï¼›Lastly,this paper brings forward particular ecology plan measures from the standpoint of city plan.
