Dalian west Pacific petrochemical co.LTD. Power station (the original thermoelectricity field) existing 3 power plant boiler model for B&WB-130/3.82-Y, all for oil and gas mixed burning boiler. Boiler operation mode is:the summer 1 opened, winter opening for 2 or 1. Boiler main purpose is:planting shutdown phase, providing start-stop and purging steam for production unit; In normal operation, regulating the vapor pipe pressure and emergency power system security.After the setting time of frost prevention, the full of the factory stop heating steam, the power station boiler running at the lowest security load,1.0 MPa steam still have surplus, 1.0 MPa steam pipe network exists steam drain phenomenon. This is not only a great waste of energy, but also causing pollution to environment, at the same time increasing the cost of the production of the enterprise operation, and it runs counter to the concept of the enterprise which provides the safety environmental protection, energy saving high efficient, scientific operation.To solve the above problems effectively, this article analyzes plant with hot status firstly, calculates pipeline emptying the amount of steam. Analyzing the conditions of technology economy using the emptying the amount of steam, the analysis shows that the scheme does not produce economic benefits, and it belongs to the loss of power so we do not use it. For emptying problems, therefore, we can only start from the heat source side, and implement low load transformation for boiler.After analyzing the economic of the modification for the lower boiler load, the results showed that the modification can produce economic benefits.Modification technology requirements ensure the main steam temperature and pressure under the premising of constant parameters, the boiler load can be in 40 t/h-90 t/h within the scope of normal adjustment, and it can be in 40 t/h load for long-term stable operation, and in the 100 t/h load running in a short time.For the requirements of the boiler's safety and technology, the first to do is calculating water circulation theoretically by 90 t/h load, and then checking by the lowest load of 40 t/h. The results show that the transformation can be carried out in accordance with the established the rated load design.Based on the results of calculation, this paper shows the specific content, including the heating surface, burner, forced-and-induced draft fan, etc. it shows that the modified meet the desired effect after nearly 16 months of actual operation, economic benefits can be up to 26.232 million yuan, the transformation is successful. In this paper, the reconstruction project case can provide referential experience for boiler low-load modification.
