Under the background of new economic normality, China’s real estate markets maintain new normality, prices remain high, stable with a slight decline, the property markets go running, bid farewell to the period of rapid growth into the medium speed growth stage, and begin to enter the stage of "adjusting structure and reducing inventory", gradually into the stage of "post property-purchasing limitations" with the feature of "adjustment relying on the market mechanism". Under this background, the feasibility analysis of real estate project is more important. Based on the project of Taizhou city Z residential area as the research object, from the point of view of feasibility analysis, this paper, integrating the related theory and method of project management and engineering economics, demonstrates the feasibility for multi dimension in order to provide the reference for the investment decision-making.This paper is mainly composed of six parts:the first part is the introduction. The second part is the introduction of related theories and methods of this project feasibility study. From the overview of the project, project development necessity, project planning, project schedule, the third part estate the construction necessity analysis and planning of Z real estate construction project in Taizhou. From the engineering technical scheme and engineering technical specification of the project, the fourth part analyzes the technical feasibility of the project. The fifth part is the economic feasibility analysis of the project. Firstly, this part made a scientific estimate of the project investment, and made a reasonable plan for financing and sources of funds. Secondly, it calculated the economic indicators of this project from dynamic and static aspects.and analysis the return on project investment. Finally, this part introduce the uncertainty analysis to evaluate the risk of the project.The sixth part is the summary and outlook. According to various economic and technical evaluation, this article come to the conclusion:the project has obvious economic and social benefits, and project development is feasible.
