The operation of ports is inseparable from the tug,for the ship,in order to dock,leave it must be carried out by the tug;for inbound and outbound ships,the process of inbound and outbound need protection by a tugboat;for the ship with size larger vessels,enough power,number of tugs can be tracted to a designated area.To a great extent by the tug configuration,the port of the normal operation of production is whether it is reasonable or not.On the one hand,if the configuration port is too little and arrival of ship waiting for a long time,first of all,it will affect inbound ship for loading and unloading of goods,which will exert a great influence on the port production and economic benefits;however,from another point of view,tug if in port configuration is too saturated,then results will be in the low utilization rate,some tug are not effective application,;furthermore,because of the tug's procurement costs,maintenance costs are relatively high,making the cost of resources is not the most reasonable use and with a result of production of waste.So in order to create a more harmonious,reasonable and appropriate tugboat team,distribution structure of optimal,tugboat scale number of the most appropriate is to build the ranks of the fundamental goal,inbound and outbound ship team largely need rely on the tug auxiliary,so the distribution of the tugboat team is necessary,if the improper configuration of horsepower tugboat,would not be conducive to the future development of port.According to the port's actual situation and planning for the future development,we must be in rational and efficient allocation,in line with the planning,optimal structure,guarantee the energy resources can be most fully by the tugboat team,Givien consideration in both economic benefits and social effect at the same time,for some inappropriate,inappropriate plans and investment adjustment modification can avoid the waste of money,manpower and time.Therefore,how to reasonably configure the port tugboat number and power has become a hot research target.The topic of this paper is relying on in Xiamen port and ship and tug with relevant statistics,First of all,analyze the whole process of xiamen tug assistance vessel operation.From the simple point of view,in the port tugboat working process,there are many of the ship to port dock,and for which a ship with cloth of the tug,in accordance with the previous experience with cloth corresponding horsepower,and a number of barges can be.However,considering from the long-term point of view we must have a full range of concerning the overall layout,the port economic benefits and social effects to be helpful,while also taking into account the port's actual situation and planning for the future development.For the tug configuration,it includs the tugnumber,the horsepower.By visual c and database technology to design the simulation system,getting various parameters of the utilization rate of the port tugboat processing results,providing a basis a reference for port management departments on how to choose the optimal allocation of the tug scheme.Study on Optimization of Xiamen port tugboat allocation is carried out in this paper,through the collection of Xiamen port ships in the harbor tug and use of relevant statistical data,by means of principle simulation method to optimize the layout of the current situation of Xiamen port tugboat,To the problem of discrete and randomicity,establish mathematical model of the production and operation factors on ports,also use the related simulation technology,exploring the establishment of simulation model for Xiamen port tugboat working process and characteristics,apply of object oriented programming method to help the further implementation and application of software,using the theory of fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate the optimal allocation scheme,explore and solve practical problems of Xiamen port tugboat allocation,which has a certain theoretical value and practical application value.
