Projectile penetrating target plate has been a hot topic in the field of the military research, in the numerical simulation, it is generally considered in the penetration process of the projectile temperature has little effect, so the effect of heat conduction is not considering, which is not consistent with the fact, but in the penetration process of the projectile elevated temperature causes a bomb charge in early burn, early burst and electronic devices earlier damage, these phenomena are increasing, especially the earth penetrator. In view of this, this paper uses the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software to simulate the changes of the projectile temperature field in the process of the projectile penetrating target.This paper presents the reasons for the projectile in the penetration process of the thermal coupled heat, establishes the calculation model of the temperature field change of missile, deduces the projectile temperature in the penetration process of influence factors in theoretically; Through analysis, this paper selectes constitutive model and equation of tungsten alloy armor-piercing projectile and steel plate, simulates temperature field of tungsten alloy armor-piercing projectile in the process of inclined penetration steel plate by different speed, learns that when the speed is larger, the change of temperature field is larger, the stress is greater, when achieving the yield stress it will appear plastic deformation, In the process of penetration, Warhead material failure and appeares the phenomenon of adiabatic shear and the "self sharpening effect", thereby further improved the penetration property. Through analysis and select constitutive model and equation of the earth penetrator and concrete, numerical simulation the earth penetrator temperature changes in the process of vertical penetration concrete through different speed and different warhead shapes, learns that projectile velocity is larger, the warhead deformation is more serious, showing a "mushroom head shape, the different projectile velocity and warhead shape of are greater influence to shell thickness and warhead segment lengths.The numerical simulation results can be seen: When a projectile which has warhead half cone angle of 90(spherical warhead) and wall thickness of 1.5cm reaches the velocity of 1000m/s,or a projectile which has warhead half cone angle of 45(oval warhead) and warhead axial thickness of 8cm reaches the velocity of 1300m/s, the projectile internal temperature rising reaches 200℃ and this temperature is same as the explosives melting point(above 200℃), which poses a threat on filling ammunition inside the projectile. the study provides a theoretical basis for airframe design, it is important guiding significance to prevent the drill bomb appeared early ignition and burst.When studying the temperature field through changing the elastomer(rotate speed, length to diameter ratio, etc.), target(materials, etc.) or other parameters(penetration angle, etc.), this research method can give them some reference.
