| As a form of clean energy, wind power has gradually become an important area of new energy research and development, and the construction of the intertidal wind farm will be the new direction of the future development. Due to the influence of tidal,large wind turbine tower and blade parts cannot be transport by ship and truck in the intertidal zone. Therefore, the research and development of key technology of special transport vehicle tracked the intertidal zone has an important economic value.In this paper, the material transport equipment of 3MW tidal zone wind turbine is studied. By using the modern vehicle optimization design method, Configuration of the modular power unit which can be carried independently was figured out. Using the Solidworks software to carry on the 3D modeling, ANSYS workbench software carries on the simulation analysis to the vehicle frame. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) The disturbance of track walking mechanism under the geological condition of the intertidal zone is small, considering the transportation problem of the special vehicle, the crawler zone transport vehicle based on the modular power unit is designed. The whole equipment is rated load of 120 t, the overall length of 40995 mm,9000 mm wide, high 5700 mm.(2) Modular dynamic walking department adopts the "four wheels and one track" design scheme, that is " nylon wheel and rubber track ". The track-design and3 D modeling of track walking department are carried out to provides a reference for the design of a new type of intertidal zone transport vehicle.(3) In the module of power unit as the research object, using the three point support frame to make the structure design and finite element modeling of the frame.The strength and stiffness of the parallel frame under bending and torsion condition were calculated and checked by using the ANSYS Workbench software. Selecting high-strength lightweight materials to build the frame, the weight loss of the whole vehicle reached about 20%.(4) The power module has been designed manufactured, and then a series ofexperiments were conducted with the power module. The experiments results reaches the designed goals. |
