Tracked vehicles will face various bad driving conditions during its service.The vibrations and shocks caused by the fluctuation of the road surface will be transmitted to the vehicle body through the tracks.As one of the key components of a tracked vehicle walking system,the track should have sufficient strength to ensure the safety of the vehicle.Secondly,its overall mass should be lightweight to ensure the vehicle’s mobility.In view of this,this paper establishes a dynamic model of tracked vehicles,analyzes the dynamic load of track shoes under various typical working conditions,and then carries out the structural strength check and optimization design of track shoes.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the structural parameters of a tracked vehicle,the dynamic model of the tracked vehicle’s walking system is established by using the multi-body dynamics software Recur Dyn.Based on the simulation of free fall and arc obstacle,the effectiveness of suspension system,the natural frequency of vertical line vibration and pitch angle vibration of tracked vehicle are analyzed to verify the accuracy of the dynamic model of tracked vehicle.(2)Based on the dynamic model of tracked vehicle’s walking system,the dynamic simulation of vehicle under five typical working conditions,such as emergency acceleration and braking,slope driving,climbing,steering and obstacle crossing,is carried out.Analyze the trackability of tracked vehicles under typical working conditions,and carries out the dynamic load analysis on each road wheel under corresponding working conditions.(3)Taking each road wheel’s dynamic load as the boundary condition,the structural strength analysis of the track shoe under the typical working conditions is carried out.By analyzing the stress and deformation of the track shoe,the safety factor of the track shoe under typical working conditions is checked.(4)Selecting the track structure design variables,and establish the response surface model of the track shoes based on the central composite test design.With the minimum mass and equivalent stress of track shoe as the optimization objective,the maximum deformation of the track rubber plate as a constraint condition,a mathematical model of track shoe structure parameter optimization was established,and the optimal size combination of the track shoe is obtained by solving the optimization function with genetic algorithm.The research conclusion of this paper provides the theoretical basis and engineering design guidance for the analysis of the walking performance of tracked vehicles,and the structural design and optimization of track shoes. |
