Research On The Application Of Asphalt Pavement Preventive Maintenance Technology On Tianjin Freeway

In recent years,freeway construction has made great development in tianjin,preventive maintenance is becoming more and more emphasis.By reasonable evaluat to pavement performance,determine the optimal timing of preventive maintenance,choose the appropriate preventive maintenance can prevent disease development trend in time,so that the road always keep good service condition,prolong the service life of pavement,save the maintenance cost,this study has important practical significance.Based on the analysis of pavement evaluation model,method and the connotation of preventive maintenance,established pavement condition evaluation indexes according to actual demand of tianjin freeway asphalt pavement preventive maintenance.and gived the index values,the critical value and limit value,used to determine the reasonable preventive maintenance decision shall apply.From the technical characteristics,material,economic characteristics,construction equipment,and service life,Combined with the research and engineering construction experience,this article analyzed the applicability of the of preventive maintenance technical measures commonly used.which guarantees proper preventive maintenance measures.Through analyzing the suitability of the various types of preventive maintenance measures,including the 11 kinds of preventive maintenance technology measures commonly used to select all decisions.To index classification type control and disease integrated control as the foundation,formed the demand based on the preventive maintenance measures of decision-making process,process clear,intuitive and easy to use.Based on the study of the optimal preventive maintenance measures,explored for the optimal timing of preventive maintenance,the determination method of preventive maintenance time category,the best implementation period;Combined with engineering example.
