In recent years,the height of water of drought period and flood period in three gorges reservoir is reach up to 30 meters with impounding water of 175 meters.On the premise of high fluctuating water level which makes inland river pontoon`s anchor chain and mooring rope have different length and tension,the mooring is becoming more and more difficult.Pontoon`s broken line accident is taking place frequently in flood period in recent years,because of lacking code standard to ask for pontoon`s mooring equipping,mooring equipment just could be required by experience or referring to sailing ship`s mooring equipment.On the purpose of reducing or putting an end to accident that broken line or dragging by cable`s tension estimate insufficiently,by means of comparing ship`s flowing effect in the condition of extreme weather with the maximum acting force that anchor chain could be suffered,establishing the system of mooring pontoon`s safety evaluation based on inland river`s high fluctuating water level which could support mooring equipment more scientifically.Pontoon `s flowing force in the condition of extreme weather: by collecting data that related to channel and disposing,analyzing mooring pontoon`s safety controlling factors,researching on wind,wave and current load of inland pontoon,establishing the calculation model of wind,wave and current,to obtain the calculation model of mooring force standard value.By collecting data in the condition of extreme weather to analyze the calculated stress the size of the anchor and cable standard value.The maximum acting force which anchor chain could be suffered: through the collection of relevant anchor cable and mooring rope`s data,research on anchor cable,steel diameter,type,location etc,to determine the maximum yield stress in each direction of the cable mooring pontoon by vibration frequency method,establish the calculation formula of anchor cable and mooring rope force,obtain the maximum force of each cable and chain.With considering the International Convention and the domestic specification improved mooring force calculation formula using C++ language to create Standalone desktop application system.The realization of the interface is mainly composed of three interfaces:(1)Login interface;(2)The basic information input interface(including the status of the limit load of data);(3)The indicating interface of calculation results of the limit load of the cable and the indicating interface of safety evaluation results.
