The simple,unsophisticated,and elegant life style,which Chinese traditional Zen culture pursued, regulates people's nervous mentalities and satisfies aspirations in spirit and feelings with varying degrees. The thesis discusses the special effectiveness of Zen culture which applicates in practical significance,especially in residence. Comprehensively analysising and designing the feasibility of fusion between Zen culture and modern life according to enrich contemporary residence's interspace in using Zen culture, along with dwelling function, human engineering, lighting application, feeling experince and modern equipment.
