The Mechanism Research Of BIM On The Management Of Green Building Project Effect

With the lacking of resources and energy,the concept of people’s life changes,the green building in people’s lives rapid expansion.Because of the high demand for green building during the construction,green building appeared poor professional collaborative and difficult problems,such as green building project evaluation the process of management information.BIM technology promotion is appeared in the process of building the problem of environment arises at the historic moment.Firstly,this paper introduces the current for BIM for green building project management applications both home and abroad research situation,and the research content,method and technical route.Because of BIM technology and green building is a relatively new term,so this article mainly introduced the green building project management and the related contents of BIM technology,and introduces the BIM application in green building project management used in grey-ahp assessment model.Secondly,on the basis of the above theoretical research,this paper summarizes the content of the green building project management,which of the seven properties of green building project management and analysis,it is concluded that the green building project management problems in the whole life cycle,on the basis of the find out the essence of BIM technology in green building project management.And the green building decision-making stage,design stage,construction stage and operation maintenance phase as the framework combining of the seven properties of green building project management of BIM mechanism of the influence on green building project management.Finally,based on BIM analysis of the influence on green building project management mechanism combined with analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the gray analysis method,this paper constructs the BIM in the application of the green building project management evaluation model,used to BIM utilization in green building project management,problems arising from the reaction of BIM in green building,timely adjustment of the corresponding work,to help the green building project management effectively and promote and perfect the BIM technology.
