Study On The Location Suitability Of Endowment Facilities Based On Elders Behavior Pattern

With the acceleration of the aging speed,China’s one-child policy and the "421" family structure makes a lot of empty nest family has increased dramatically,the traditional family endowment model has been hit and the demand of the institution endowment gradually enhanced.Therefore reasonable site selection and planning endowment facilities has become an important task which is still in the exploratory stage in most of the aging cities.Most of the existing locations and scope of services mostly subjective and lack of financial investment,to some extent endowment facilities and the limited number of location is optional,decorate,limited coverage,insufficient supporting set and a series of problems.Based on the elders behavior pattern as a starting point,combining with the relevant research both at home and abroad,through the questionnaire,the old behavior patterns were studied by the basic properties of the elderly, the behavior characteristics of the elderly, the elderly demand for pension facilities and the characteristics of the pension facilities.And on this basis through the data support,extracting the endowment facilities evaluation factors to build endowment facility location suitability evaluation system by using AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation factor.Evaluating the location suitability and analyzing the problems of the present endowment facilities, the study conducted on the basis of Hefei master plan(2013-2020)to evaluate the planning suitability based on the reasonable forecasting of elderly population and pension facilities demand by GIS technology.The suitability of location area is divided into five grades and on the basis of this to perfect the endowment facility location planning and make sure the pension facility location to improving the location of pension facilities planning through the comparison of the suitability of the current and the planning situation,forming the "District-street-community" three level structure of pension facilities system.Researching the endowment facilities location not only stay in the current land use, but also reasonably predict elderly population period and bed demand at the end of the planning to built the suitability of the site selection for the aged facilities based on the planning land.The paper combining the elders behavior patterns and endowment facilities location,using quantitative analysis method to build endowment facility location suitability evaluation system,to avoid shortage and repeat construction waste,aims to provide a certain amount of data and technical support of the endowmentfacilities planning in Baohe District,Hefei City and even Anhui province in the area of the site.
