Prefabricated houses in such aspects as construction quality, save energy consumption have prominent advantages, so for us as a large population, per capita resource-poor countries, promote the application of prefabricated house is the inevitable choice of housing industrialization in our country. Design phase of the absolute impact of construction engineering project economy is recognized, the same about the prefabricated residential projects.This dissertation will prefabricated housing project has been built or under construction is the actual sussing out cost data, on the basis of the quantitative analysis method, discusses the present stage of prefabricated residential than traditional cast-in-situ residential cost increment and different types of cost increment relation between the different parts of the prefabricated.First by master 15 prefabricated housing project construction cost data, and combining the value engineering theory in the functional analysis, summed up the prefabricated houses during the design phase of cost control key points. Secondly through the prefabricated wall, the composite floor slab, prefabricated wall on each component in the aspect of cost control key points of the analysis, put forward the management method of each control points, and the management of the quantitative indicators is given. Finally, this article through reading lake garden sussing out cost analysis of prefabricated residential projects, on the one hand, summarizes the project due to previous design thoughtless of invalid cost, on the other hand, through specific data prefabricated housing potential cost advantage.
