In recent years,our urbanization area began to expand gradually with the rapid development of economy and productivity.Many of the area,s buildings lost recognition and look the same in the process of urban construction.The traditional regional architectures are disappearing from our vision.Just like economic development,the architectural culture are starting to become a single.Therefore,the construction of cities and towns should be the direction of development of construction industry in the future.Wooden buildings represent the main form of traditional architecture,and have a long history,and have the advantages in accordance with the construction of sustainable development,such as wood resource regeneration,construction and production of carbon negative,heat insulation,sound insulation,energy-saving,and earthquake-proof.Bayu area climate humid and rainy and geographic diversity gives birth to its unique farming of wooden buildings.Paper puts some solutions to the optimization of material,space and structure of Bayu wooden buildings through the melthods of literature review,comparative analysis and software simulation.By he optimization to improve the living comfort,exploring the demand of Bayu traditional wooden architecture for the modern way of life to provide new ideas for construction industry.The first part of the paper expounds the background,the purpose and the significance of research.Then,through literature review,the paper analyzed the related research situation and development trend of domestic and foreign.Then,the paper discusses the contents,the methods and the frameworks of research.The second part of the paper,which based on literature review and extensive field research,expounds the geographical features of Bayu,and summarizes the architectural forms,the structure form and the space form of the regional Characteristics of Bayu timber-framed building.The third part of the paper made some optimization strategies for the Bayu timber-framed building by using comparative analysis and simulation software.To reduce the energy consumption of buildings and improve the utilization of wood,the engineered wood planks of the enclosure structure materials shall replace the log planks.In order to improve the overall stability and durability of building structures,the concrete of the foundation materials shall replace the wood columns.In consideration of the condition of the land resources and the change of the population policy and the quality of life,the building should be used intensive construction planning and add functional and amount of space.In order to increase the effective connection of the components,the purlin is connected to the column in the form of steel members connected.While,the optimized connection form will be analyzed by using the finite element software.The fourth part of the paper mainly summarizes the research results and innovative points,and points out the next research diredtion about the optimization strategy of timber-framed building.The paper with the actual situation Bayu region Wooden buildings,made specific optimization strategies and provides a reference for the other parts of wooden buildings optimization strategies.
