Under the background of circular economy and green building,the concept of design for disassembly extends the thought of architecture design.The wooden building has the typical feature of disassembly.We must consider whether the building is easy to disassemble at the end of the life cycle in the design process in order to improve the disassembly efficiency,save the cost of disassembly and increase the rate of recovery of wood and its components and reduce the harm to the environment.At present,the relevant principles and conceptual framework of building disassembly design are put forward at home and abroad,however,there is no specific implementation of design principles and specific methods to evaluate a project.Therefore,to study the disassemblability evaluation and put forward the design strategy,we must introduce the concept of disassembly in the design phrase,aims to improve the utilization rate of timber and obtain greater comprehensive benefits.In view of the shortage of wood resources in China,it is of great significance.The objectives of this paper are to study the evaluation method of wooden building disassemblability based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP),quantitatively evaluate three typical wooden building structures disassemblability based on the disassembly time and provide design strategies of wooden buildings.Therefore,based on the basic theory of disassembly design,the research background and significance of wooden buildings disassemblability are introduced,the influencing factors of disassembly,evaluation procedures and quantitative evaluation of wooden building disassemblability are discussed systematically and deeply.First of all,the purpose and significance of wooden buildings disassembly are briefly described,then,the building disassembly and wooden buildings disassemblability are summarized.After the comparison and analysis of different methods,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to study the evaluation of wooden buildings disassemblability.Next,the factors which influence the process of disassembly are analyzed.Taking the disassemblability evaluation method in the field of products design as a reference,the disassemblability evaluation indexes of the wooden building are determined from three aspects which are technicality,economy and green.The indexes include disassembly time,disassembly expenses,number of connection types,recovery utilization ratio,disassembly waste and so on.Then,develop the questionnaires are respectively related to the indexes,which are sent to the experts rating the importance.And the weight of each evaluation index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process.Based on the above researches,this paperpresents an approach to quantitatively evaluate wooden buildings disassemblability by calculating the disassembly time.At last,the evaluation of three typical wooden buildings disassemblability are carried out,the number of components and the types of connections are counted,and the disassembly time is analyzed.The evaluation of the cases can verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method based on disassembly time.The recycling and design strategies are put forward based on the analysis of disassemlability.The research results will provide theoretical support for disassembly and design optimization of wooden buildings,and achieve the goal of sustainable development of architecture.
