Straddle monorail transit is a new type of rail transit system.The vehicle structure,pantograph-catenary arrangement,running mode and wheel-rail coupling relationship are different from other types of rail transit systems.Because of the unique wheel-rail coupling relationship and pantograph-catenary arrangement of straddle monorail system,the coupling relationship between the pantograph and catenary has a very clear distinction compared with other types of rail transit systems.The good coupling relationship between the pantograph and catenary is one of the most critical technology to guarantee the stability current collection of the pantograph-catenary systems and the safe operation of vehicles.Considering the situation that the research on pantograph-catenary coupling relationship of straddle monorail system at home and abroad so far,in order to improve the pantograph-catenary coupling relationship to enhance the quality of pantograph-catenary current collection,this study mainly includes the following issues:First of all,Through discussing the research background and research methods for the pantograph subsystem and catenary subsystem and pantograph-catenary coupling system of all kinds of rail transit system,thereby it is clear-cut that what is the significance and the method to study the pantograph-catenary coupling relationship of straddle monorail.Secondly,Through establishing a comparatively comprehensive completely two-dimensional pantograph calculation model,and based on this model derived geometric characteristic and nonlinear differential motion equations.By analyzing the geometrical characteristics of pantograph,the operation attitude of pantograph in the working stroke is obtained.Based on the nonlinear differential motion equations,the two-dimensional dynamic model of pantograph is derived.In this dynamic model,the influence of longitudinal and transverse vibration of train is considered,and the joints' damping,dry friction and spring damping are also considered.Thirdly,Through analysising the dynamic characteristis of straddle monorail pantograph and catenary.The solid model of pantograph and catenary is established by using the 3D design software CATIA.And based on the solid model,establish the multi-body rigid dynamics model and the flexible dynamic model of the pantograph and the finite element model of the catenary.The modal characteristics of these two kinds of pantograph models are obtained by simulation.According to the finite element model of the catenary,the modal characteristics of the catenary with different supporting insulator spacing are compared and studied.Fourthly,Using the dynamic simulation software ADAMS to establish the vehicle dynamics simulation model considering pantograph-catenary coupling relationship.When building the simulation mode,the random excitation of the road surface that will cause the vibration of vehicle is considered,the catenary is also considered as a flexible body structure.This model can be regarded as the pantograph-catenary coupling simulation platform.Finally,Using simulation to evaluate the quality of the pantograph-catenary current collection under different line geometry.Furthermore,The influence regularity of the pantograph parameters on the pantograph-catenary current collection is analyzed.The research can can provide some reference for the design of pantograph and further research on the pantograph-catenary coupling relationship.
