Straddle type monorail is an important system of urban rail transit in China,which plays an important role in urban development and people’s life.The pantograph of straddle type monorail vehicle is one of the most important parts of its vehicle system.Its excellent current collection performance is the premise of stable and safe operation of straddle type monorail vehicle.The coordination of the coupling attitude of the side pantograph and the catenary directly affects the current collection quality of the monorail pantograph and the reliability of the pantograph and the pantograph slider.In the past,the dynamic performance of pantograph catenary system was studied based on the simulation model of multi rigid body monorail pantograph catenary coupling dynamics,which did not fully consider the influence of the flexible deformation of each pantograph system on the pantograph catenary coupling performance in actual operation.Therefore,in order to improve the accuracy of the research results,it is necessary to study the pantograph catenary coupling dynamics performance under the rigid flexible coupling.In this paper,the specific research work of pantograph catenary system of straddle type monorail vehicle is as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of straddle type monorail pantograph and catenary,obtains its corresponding technical parameters,and accurately models the two-dimensional calculation model of monorail vehicle pantograph.Through the two-dimensional calculation model,the geometric characteristics and nonlinear differential equations of motion of pantograph are analyzed and calculated.On this basis,the vibration factors of pantograph are analyzed.(2)The structural dynamic characteristics of pantograph and catenary of straddle type monorail vehicle are studied.Three dimensional modeling of monorail pantograph and catenary is carried out with professional three-dimensional software,and finite element modeling is carried out with Hyper Mesh software.The first ten modal frequencies and corresponding modal shapes of pantograph and catenary are solved by using the Optistruct solver.At the same time,the influence of the distance between the insulation bases on the mode of OCS is analyzed.(3)At the same time,the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS is used to build the rigid flexible coupling dynamics simulation model of the straddle type monorail flexible pantograph,catenary,vehicle system and vehicle pantograph network.(4)Through the simulation and analysis of the dynamic simulation model of the rigid flexible coupling of monorail vehicle,the quality of monorail vehicle’s pantograph catenary coupling under each working condition is evaluated,and the influence law of the driving speed on the quality of the pantograph catenary coupling under each road condition is studied.At the same time,the influence law of some pantograph parameters on the quality of the pantograph catenary coupling is studied.At the same time,the strength of pantograph structure under the standard working condition is solved to obtain the stress distribution of each main member system,and the dynamic stress of the maximum stress node of each member is studied and analyzed.(5)Through the joint simulation method of multi-objective optimization software modefront and multi-body dynamics software ADAMS,the parameters of the pantograph spring stiffness are optimized,and the optimal spring stiffness is obtained.At the same time,the feasibility and conclusion are verified.
