The Planning Evaluation System Research On Rural Tourism Model Area Planning Of Shuangyang,Jilin

Rural tourism is a core strength for development of domestic tourism in recent years.It was based on the agricultural industry and local resources,and tourist activities are attracted by the rural environment and its typical ecological resources.The number of Chinese rural tourism is 1.2 billion in 2014,which is 30% of the total visitors’ number.According to the national tourism administration,the reception of the rural tourism will reach 2 billion 5 to 10 years in the future which shows great development potential.At the same time,how to develop the future rural tourism planning scientifically and rationally is the focus of the government and academia.As the core of the sustainable development of rural tourism,the planning evaluation system has become an important issue in the academic field.First,this paper studies the related concepts and theory,reviewed the current situation of the domestic and foreign rural tourism planning research.Second,the rural tourism resources in Shuangyang District surveyed,the tourist market was evaluated and analyzed,the tourist attributes and requirements of the scenic area planning was studied,which laid the foundation for the planning evaluation system.In order to improve the pertinence of the planning evaluation system,the representative of rural tourism attractions in Shuangyang District was analyzed,thus to summarize the existing problems and causes.Based on the understanding of domestic and foreign tourism standardization,the planning evaluation system of Shuangyang was constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)and Delphy.In order to improve the practicability of the index system,the constructed planning evaluation system was rebuilt the weight of the assignment,and the attributes of the indicators and th e application of scenic spot were classified.Finally,using the empirical research method to select the representative scenic spots in Shuangyang District for the empirical evaluation in order to verify the practicality of the evaluation system index system.
