Elderly-Oriented Design Of The Rural Tourism Complex

This paper studies how to design the rural tourism complex,the new product of the new rural construction and the rapid development of rural tourism,to adapt to the aging and the trend of tourism endowment.The paper analyzes and summarizes the concept,the basic characteristics and the development mode of the rural tourism complex.This paper also points out that the rural tourism complex has many advantages of development and presents the characteristic development trend of paying attention to preserving one's health and providing for the aged.The above points highlight the necessity of the rural tourism complex adapting to the aging.On this basis the author puts forward the thought of development of Malan.In combination with the form of questionnaire,the paper analyzes and summarizes the common characteristics of old people,and their respective characteristics and requirements of urban elderly tourists and local old people.Then the basis forms of the research that how to design the rural tourism complex to adapt to the aging.Taking Malan as an example,through investigation and detailed analysis,the paper summarizes the problems in adapting to the aging and design difficulty in functional configuration?indoor and outdoor environment.It also puts forward the corresponding solution strategy and design key points,and the design idea for Malan.The paper points out the advantages of the rural tourism complex,such as improving rural environment?coordinating economic development and conducive to healthy development of tourism,and the development trend of the rural tourism complex,such as paying attention to preserving one's health and providing for the aged.The innovation points of this essay is that it not only points out the points above,but also proposes to the model of " tourism cooperative + pension cooperatives +enterprise" to combine tourism endowment with rural endowment,to create a comfortable tourism living endowment environment for urban and rural old man.This paper puts forward some solving strategies such as constructing new countryside?opening up the line for the old and house partly improvement.This paper also summarizes the design key points from three aspects,function configuration?indoor and outdoor environment: in the aspect of function configuration to consolidate daily life safeguard function,perfect the medical health and safety function,and outstanding cultural entertainment function;in the aspect of outdoor environment to perfect sightseeing space,supplementary exercise space and highlight the leisure contact space;in the aspect of indoor environment to comprehensive design personal space to adapt to the aging population?open up the old zone in public space and highlight the characteristics of the elderly in the exclusive space,and so on.Theresearch of the paper in the aspect of elderly-oriented design for the rural tourism complex,will have guiding significance at the design level for the further development of rural tourism complex and the improvement of the living environment of the urban and rural old.
