The Tourism-oriented Rural Planning And Design

In today’s society with rapid economic development,people have shown increasing attention and demand for tourism-oriented villages.Though obtaining great achievements,a lot of rural areas have also exposed many problems due to the lack of theoretical and practical guidance,and have produced many blind spots such as the eagerness for instant success,taking care of everything,large-scale reconstruction,creating samey village images and having the head in the cloud.For rural areas with rich natural resources,limited construction lands,weak infrastructure and difficult implementation,taking the chance to develop tourism can help them better and more effectively increase the employment of peasants,promote economic development and revitalize the surrounding resources.Faced with the vigorous construction of livable and beautiful countryside in China,the current theoretical research on tourism-oriented villages is relatively backward,and villages are in want of targeted guidance for practice.Therefore,summing up the successful experience in tourism-oriented rural planning can help us solve problems in such planning according to local conditions and with clear purposes.Rural construction based on the tourism development is a comprehensive and systematic project involving multi-disciplinary and multi-sector collaborative development.In the practice process,the traditional natural landscape and rural settlements are far from satisfying the high-quality pursuit of rural tourism.The in-depth excavation of cultural connotations,tourism quality and rural characteristics is the main direction of future development.Taking the planning and design of the Jinshan Village in the Anzishan Township,Zhuanghe City as an example,this paper discussed how to ensure the sustainable development of the rural tourism industry through the scientific and reasonable planning,thus to promote rural infrastructure construction and improve rural living environment.This paper had six parts.The first part introduced the research background,significance,methods,ideas,content and related concepts of this paper.The second part discussed the related theoretical research and construction at home and abroad.The third part studied the village-oriented planning and design strategies in theory.The fourth part took Jinshan Village as the research object to analyze the specific planning methods for the village and its central area in practice.The fifth part enumerated the implementation countermeasure and guaranteed mechanism of the tourism-oriented rural planning,and the sixth part provided conclusion and prospect.Through the examination and optimization of the above-mentioned tourism-oriented rural planning theory and practice system,this paper can provide a scientific basis and technical reference for the construction of tourism-oriented rural areas in Dalian and even in the whole Northeast of China.
