The progress of science and technology and the development of The Times, we need more humanistic care for those innate or acquired the disabled which caused by some reason, pay a attention to their body cleaning problem is even more important. Therefore, lift shift by bath bed the design and manufacture made a important contribution. This paper based on this kind of mechanism take the control research. This mechanism to success control can provides a solution which is save time and effort and convenient for those disabled. It can be applied to the rehabilitation therapy center, every hospital body rehabilitation therapy.This text based on the national science and technology department support of the disabled bathing device project, research on other members have completed the design of lift shift by bath bed to control, introduces the atmega128 single-chip microcomputer and atmegal6 respectively as the main controller, to wash bath bed movement control. This system USES a "MCU add motion controller+ motor" model, using the single chip computer as the hub, the motor controller to control, and the corresponding action on the monitor display.According to the function of the bath bed makes a preliminary research and design. Combined with the existing mechanical structure to analysis its mechanism characteristics, until to analysis it characteristics, create control schemes, this scheme main outstanding in man-machine friendly, maneuverability and safety and reliability and so on several aspects. In the whole system of the motion control the reliability and safety was considered as well as increase the safety detection circuit, as well as system timeout reset such action. In addition, in order to simplify the intuitive operation, the operation of the whole system is divided into two kinds, one kind is visualizations of touch screen operation, the other kind is wireless remote control operation. In order to be able to make the user more comfortable, make its psychological more accept this kind of operation mode, two kinds of operation mode design are joined the man-machine engineering consideration. The operation mode is more suitable to our human daily movement, the psychological and physiological habit. The whole system programming all use C language to write, circuit board design, use the corresponding professional software in the design of the printed circuit board.This paper combined with hardware and software to design this system, as well as successful practical application in bath bed. Basic functions, friendly man-machine interface, system flat operation, to reach the requirement of the system design.
