Interlocking system is to ensure the safety of trains and to improve the transporting efficiency by operating signal equipment of stations. In general, interlocking system is composed of dedicated computer hardware to implement interlocking logic. With time goes on, the large-scale dedicated computer cannot meet requirement of both economic and maintainability. While the development of emerging embedded technology makes it possible to achieve a higher safety integrity level interlocking devices using the small embedded chip.In this thesis, newly interlocking computer hardware is designed and implemented based on the TI TMS570MCU. Meanwhile, the route control logic, which uses safety kernel technology in the hardware, is also implemented in this system. In order to validate the function of the interlocking system, a simulation platform was built.The main work follows:1. Overviewed domestic and foreign interlocking computer’s hardware and software realization and analyzed the importance and necessity to realize the interlocking computer using the embedded technology.2. Analyzed the interlocking computer hardware interfaces and the SIL level requirements, designed the high safety level1out of2interlocking redundancy structure and implemented the embedded interlocking computer hardware circuit which use the TMS570MCU.3. Implemented the interlocking route control logic based on the safety kernel technology, which used the topology theory based online monitoring safety strategies to ensure the safety of the interlocking logic with the CCS IDE.4. Built the physical interlocking simulation platform, and validated the interlocking progress through a route control case of the station. |
