In order to ensure the reliability and safety of civil aircraft systems, and achieve airworthiness certification, foreign organization has developed its standards or guidelines for aircraft system development process such as: APR4754 "certification of highly integrated or complex aircraft system considering". In this paper, basing on this standard, the design and analysis of high safety civil aircraft lift control system were studied.High lift control system functional requirements are assigned from aircraft level function requirements. High lift control system functional requirements should be completed safely and reliably. Therefore, this paper has allocated high lift control system functional requirements and determined safety level of the functional requirements. With the function requirements as the main line, this paper describes the traceability process of assigning the aircraft level functional requirements to the system level functional requirements, and then, assigning the system function requirements to the item level functional requirements. The above process shall ensure that the assigned requirements are complete and correct. In this way, we can design the item to meet the assigned functional requirements meanwhile to achieve the aircraft functional requirements. All functions are classified by the method of function hazard analysis(FHA), and the corresponding item with different assigned classification should adopt different design assurance level(DAL).Secondly, this paper deeply researches the high lift control system of a large foreign civil aircraft including the system architecture, work mode, control principle and fault monitor, and it provides the improved design and analysis for high lift control system of China-made large aircraft based on above researches.Finally, the methods of Risk analysis applications(FHA), Common Cause Failure Analysis(CCA), preliminary system safety analysis(PSSA) and system safety analysis(SSA) are used to make the safety analysis of civil aircraft high lift control system by qualitatively and quantitatively.The research of civil aircraft high lift control system in this paper has practicable value for domestic civil aircraft high lift control system design which is researched for the moment.
