Design & Implementation Of Computer Control System In The Test-bed For Hydraulic Lift Truck's Transmission Box

The measure and control system of the hydraulic transmission box test-bed is a kind of large-scale and highly automated measure and control system which integrate the Knowledge of mechanism, electronic , hydraulic, computer , automatic control and inspection as well as automatic identify etc. It has a very important applicative value for inspecting hydraulic transmission box.The dissertation is a design and implementation of computer control system for hydraulic lift truck's transmission box's test-bed according to the requirement of the transmission box inspection.We will introduced the structure of the system and PC industrial control computer's data collecting card's choice and function as well as the process of work. On the basis of discussing the principle of fuzzy control, We bring forward the project of combining fuzzy control with program logic controller and design and implement the loading equipment and other controlled object, resolving the system's automatic control, automatic inspection and loading. At the same time, the engineering database will be discussed and studied and designed.At present, the hydraulic transmission box test-bed has been applied for the assembly line as a standard measuring equipment and is playing a very important role.
