Abstract/Summary:
After nearly thirty years of rapid development of urbanization, China has made great achievements in economic growth and urban construction. According to 2014 statistics, China’s urbanization rate has reached 54.7%. With other countries in the process of developing countries in the same country, the city has a corresponding expansion of the population, the spread of spatial disorder, resource constraints, traffic congestion, environmental degradation and other "big city disease" phenomenon, the extensive growth and disorderly expansion of urban development model is increasingly difficult to continue. By the end of 2014, the state has issued a "national model town planning (2014-2020)", clearly put forward "control incremental" "disc, then the stock" "quality and efficiency" new urbanization overall strategy, urban development has entered the new stage "incremental control" and "make an inventory of the stock" to pay equal attention to, in some economically developed regions, the scale of urban space has emerged zero growth or even negative growth. Under the overall urbanization policy of "control increment" and "revitalize the stock", urban renewal becomes the hot topic of academic circle, government departments and design unit and the object of study. The whole process of urban renewal with the development of the city, its main feature is that the old city function to a higher level of upgrading, the specific performance of the mixed land, building functions, the development of a substantial increase in intensity, and so on.In recent years, with the expansion of urban scale, urban central area because of the need to expand the scale of functional upgrade; at the same time, some of the regional conditions of the old industrial area is also a good industrial and functional upgrading, to live and cultural entertainment and other functions of the phenomenon, more and more trigger off.Formed in the city development and the space morphology, road traffic system and land use is always the two dominant factors, the urban road traffic system and urban land spatial configuration is synchronous development, the two complement each other, interaction and mutual feedback, different land use function, different development intensity, different space form will produce different traffic demand, and guide the formation of different road traffic system, and the development of the road traffic system further influence land use, promote urban land use spatial form evolution, their interactions and the formation of different road traffic and land use patterns.The function of urban planning is to promote the whole management of space resources, from the relationship between traffic and land use in the process of urban development. In recent years, the experience in planning and organizing work, in the planning stage of the existence of heavy land, light transport phenomenon, that is too much for the land transfer area and land development intensity index, the improvement of transport facilities in the planning and actual investment two aspects are significantly less, this is also reflected in urban renewal planning. China’s large scale and large-scale urban construction began after the reform and opening up, the scale of urban built-up area expanded, based on the planning theory and technology system, a large part of the old city, "street", "large closed community", in the market economy conditions, commercial, cultural and urban development is faced with diversified demand, "road network density is too low", "road system structure is irrational" and "land use function and road traffic pattern is not matching" problem, do not adapt to the new economic and social conditions of urban renewal. Our country’s urban development has slowed down and gradually changed into the stage, so the more urban renewal planning will be further improved. At the same time, in the face of the old city area more complex traffic problems, in the process of updating planning, we should study the complex traffic and land convergence problem.This paper summarizes the existing traffic congestion in the city, summarizes the causes of traffic congestion, and summarizes the relationship between traffic and land development, and puts forward the concept of coordination development of transportation and land. Combined with the planning and practice, this paper discusses how to make use of the opportunity of old city renewal, integrate the concept of traffic and land use, realize the coordination development of traffic and land, and put forward the basic working ideas and technical framework of the practical application.The paper is divided into five parts, the first part describes the background and significance of the research, the second part, the research on the coordination development of traffic and land, and the related theories of urban renewal. The fourth part is the summary of the new urban renewal planning in Jinzhou. The third part and the fifth part is based on the coordinated development of transportation and land.
