This Research on Performance and Design of Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA-13) use different materials such as a Binder, aggregate, filler and fiber.Binder Tests such as Penetration Point, Softening Point, Viscosity, and Storage Stability were conducted for SBS Modified Asphalt. It found that it has proved to have a high resistance to plastic deformation from heavy vehicle loads at high temperatures, while at the same time exhibiting good low temperature properties. which has very good rut resistance properties and excellent durability in addition, several asphalt mixture tests including the marshall stability test, high temperature test, rutting test, cantabro loss test, water damage test, were also performed on SMA mixes.This materials were found to be good alternative materials for SMA-13 mixes.
