Research On Project Cost Management Of ZGDX Project In Beijing

In this paper, take project China Telecom Beijing information technology innovation research office building as an example, according to the bidding stage,the project design stage, project construction preparation stage, the implementation phase of the project, the project completion settlement stage of the five stages of in-depth study on the project cost management, discusses the current situation of the project cost management, existing problems and measures we should take. The final project cost analysis by quarter to project actual cost and budget cost were analyzed, and the analysis report form through analysis, found the problem of cost management, and propose solutions to the problem. Through the measures of the whole process cost management of the project, effectively control and reduce the project cost, improve project profits.
