Based on a nuclear project specificinvestigation, analysis, research, explore nuclear power plant during the whole life and accident state potential impact on the surrounding environment and the corresponding coping strategies.This paper by himself cooperated-builing a nuclear power plant as the background, by theoretical analysis and field test, investigation, surroundings of the nuclear power plant possible to simulate all kinds of accidents and accidents occurred by assuming, determine the accident happens on the surrounding environment and the impact of the public, whether these effects is beyond the international to the corresponding provisions of the state standard and the range of environment, the public can afford. And in these process, on the basis of nuclear power plant accident in the state of the conclusion of impact on the surrounding, explore how to use scientific and effective management means, try our best to eliminate accident may bring bad effects.First chapter is the main content of this paper selected topic background, research ideasand adopted by this thesis mainly analyzes the principle and evaluation standard, the second chapter main content for describing the objective background, general situation of theconstruction of the power plant project, location, technology and environment. Mainly through investigation, consulting and other means to obtain relevant information, near residential areas around the site, site of the population within a 80 km radius distribution, land use and resource situation, industry, transportation, military and cultural facilities, water, meteorological, geological, seismic and other factors may influence on surrounding environment statistics and induction.
