Research On Shanshui Pattern For Cicheng Ancient Town Based On Fengshui Theory

Fengshui theory is the essence of the Chinese traditional culture, is a way on how to choose an ideal environment. The Shanshui pattern based on Fengshui theory reflects the pursuiting of the ancient people on good residential environment, under the guidance of this idea, most of our ancient cities have a wonderful environment. With the rapid development of globalization, city problem and life environment have become more serious, the problem serious impact on construction and development of the city. The paper base on Fengshui theory, combine the philosophical thinking of regarding the heaven and people as one with the design method of modern city planning, to achieve harmonious coexistence between man and nature, between development and protection.Based on the above understanding and idea. The first and second chapter start with the concept of Fengshui and Shanshui pattern, make analysis on research of them at home and abroad, know the origin and development of Fengshui theory, understand the common points with other subjects, to confirm the scientific and practical of Fengshui theory. The third chapter makes analysis on the theory of Shanshui pattern based on Fengshui thought, then understand the theory in depth from the three aspects of shanshui pattern image, protect and improve. The forth chapter take Ningbo Cicheng ancient town as an actual case, introduces the basic situation and the historical of the ancient town, then explain the macro, meso and micro shanshui pattern image, to put forward the corresponding protection requirements and improving methods, which based on the deficiencies of shanshui pattern image. The fifth chapter base on study and analysis before, make specific guidelines on space development, green system, lake reiver, flood, public facilities and so on. The sixth chapter summary the innovations and shortcomings, then make the summary statements and prospects.This paper argues that with the development of the city, construction of ecological environment and urban construction is equallyimportant. As the inhabitation environment of the Chinese ancient tradition, Fengshui theory has an extremely important guiding on construction of ecological environment, even and urban construction. Strengthening the cross study of Fengshui theory and modern related disciplines, some concepts can be applied to the construction of modern city, to explore the ideal model of the city sustainable development, for the future city planning practice of china.
