| With a large number service forces owning new equipment military preparations deepening,the battlefield support is even more important.The modern war urgently needs the new safeguard equipment which can suit the army mobile support and realize the quick response.The military equipment delivery vehicle is mainly used for the equipment guarantee of wartime emergency repair,and in peacetime maintenance equipment required for equipment is distributed regularly and temporarily.As a member of the maintenance car series,the vehicle has certain compatibility with the maintenance vehicle,and can be carried out a task separately if necessary.It plays an important role in the army’s acting and fighting.In this paper,a certain military vehicle equipment renovation project institute as the research basis,a detailed project reform process analysis,and collect relevant information about project schedule,project quality management and cost control.Through literature retrieval,chart analysis,simulation calculation,analyze the literature collection and collation of data.On this basis,by using of decomposition,Pert,double code network diagram and quality management tools,implementation process and management scheme of the existing project is optimized.Operation ideas and scientific management methods are used in this paper.The structural features and requirements of vehicle readiness and technology theory are effective combined on the basis of the study,and the control scheme of the project schedule and cost are put forward for transformation process,and the process of the transformation of the quality control in detail.Further research and verification are carried in theory,the construction period and cost are detailed,and the usingdecomposition method clearly shows the relationship between project activities.For the first time the network technology review,earned value method and quality process control method are applied to the effective combination of military projects,combining modern technological means,control the project duration,reduce the project cost,and improve the operational efficiency of the project,which provide support for the rapid development of China’s military defense science and industry,and it have innovative and practical. |
