Since the “Twelfth Five Year Plan” period the State advocates the development of green building,green building labeling ratio increased year by year in hot summer and cold winter area.Review 20 technology applications of green building projects,construction technology didn't play a necessary role of green building that is why we study on it,it can push the development of green building.This paper research hot summer and cold winter that account for a large proportion in population and economy,which study with regional characteristics in the formation stage of construction technology.In this paper,the theory of the “green building evaluation criteria”(GB/T 50378-2014)base on the index to detail describe construction technology.Combined with the suitability of summer building in hot summer and cold winter area,climate characteristics of the building construction technology,the case study in order to study the theory as technical support,the example of Xiang Shan WAL-MART green building construction technology in accordance with foundation----main structure----building and decoration in the build order string together,verification regional climate characteristics of the architecture has brought to the construction of energy,environment and economic benefits after appropriate construction technology,theoretical analysis and support green building in hot summer and cold winter area construction technology.The specific contents and research methods as follows:1? Based on the construction technology of green building and green index of literature research,mainly on the material and resources utilization of material resource saving technology,the prefabricated structure system,the civil with the decoration,pile foundation construction technology;using the energy and energy-saving thermal insulation with integrated structure technology,renewable sources of energy with the integration of building technology;study on the effects of the quality of indoor environment in the thermal bridge structural measures and architectural shading technology.2? On the basis of reification construction simulation and software construction process using Ningbo,Xiang Shan WAL-MART three-star green building foundation construction process using innovative construction technology----the static drill rooted in the silent pile construction with the ground source heat pump integrative construction,thermal insulation with the integrated structure renewable energy with the architectural construction technology part of the theory research of main body structure to complete the construction in the process.3?
