The tripper is generally applied in turbine, bulldozer, ship loader and other large powder mobile machine. With increasingly scientific development, and the wide use of parameterization, finite element analysis, optimization methods and other modern design method, the parametric design for all kinds of machinery is particularly urgent and important. For this reason, this article will take the tripper for example and carry out the scientific research on parameterized design, parametric analysis.The research work and innovation points are mainly embodied in the following aspects:1) The parametric design of three-dimensional mathematical model of fixed single-tripper. Thinking the feature of large amount of permanent tripper machinery parts and the design requirements of Series of products, put forward a parameterized design concept and use UG to realize it. Firstly, build the original design driver parameters in Expression and build a frame model in the draft of UG at the same time, for the sake of realize seamless connection and data communications between original driven design parameters and framework model design parametric; building three-dimensional mathematical model on the basis of framework model. In this way, we can directly drive the three-dimensional mathematical model of permanent tripper car directly by changing design parameter in the expression.2) Parametric finite element analysis of fixed single-tripper. Firstly put lead the built parameterized framework into advanced simulation environment of UG by using the build-in finite element analysis environment NX NASTRAN. Then use the 1D beam and 1D rod unit to build finite element analysis model of tripper and to divide the form. Lastly establish simulation and analysis the static intensity of design structure. As well, we can directly get the distribution chart of parametric CAE stress and displacement change by changing design parameter in the Expression. So that designers can amend the original design parameters of fixed single-tripper timely.3) Main beam size optimization of permanent unit car owner. Using the data of parameterized analyze to establish a mathematical model of fixed single-tripper.in MATLAB. Optimizing the main girder beams section size according to the stress, we can get an ideal structure.The parameterized design and analysis to fixed single-tripper is beneficial for series development and lightweight design of product. It also greatly shortened the design cycle and improved the design efficiency. |
