| Exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement( EACCP),as a new type of cement concrete pavement,not only possesses advantages such as high strength, good stability and nice durability, but also has the strong point of high skid-resistance and low noise. EACCP has being studied at a early time in foreign and they have got fruitful results.Although China carried out the theoretical study,but it is lack of systematic study of EACCP performance.Therefore, how to make the EACCP performance brought into full play, which has very important and practical significance.By theoretical analysis, combined with laboratory test, the paper choose a different level with production of exposed aggregate concrete specimens which must meet the technical specifications of general concrete pavement, Degree of exposed aggregate(44~45/cm2)and aesthetic requirements.finally we choose the cement concrete mixture: C0 : W0 : S0 :G0=360Kg/m3:155Kg/m3:649 Kg/m3:1261 Kg/m3,including 0.8% of Super plasticizer.The paper completes the preliminary study of the production process of the exposed concrete indoor through exposed-aggregate agent what is made by us. The number of exposed-aggregate agent is 130±10 g/m2.There are two method when it is the time to brush have mentioned. That is scratching method and scouring method. Scrubbing time should be changed along with the ambient temperature and humidity. Brushing time is 12±1h when the indoor temperature is about 20±2℃ using a soft brush.Then the paper gets some conclusions through theoretical analysis of skid resistance,noise and glare, combined with a large indoor test. EACCP sound pressure level lower than the groove of cement concrete pavement’s sound pressure level about 7.9dB and lower about3 dB than Asphalt Pavement. And the road surface light scattering ability is superior to other road. EACCP friction coefficient is slightly lower than the other roads, because of its rich texture of the surface; the actual road will make vehicles which gets larger high-speed driving safety. By glare test, exposed aggregate concrete pavement with good light dispersion characteristics, can significantly reduce the ability of concrete pavement reflectors. |
