The advantages of the cement concrete pavement with high strength, good stability and good durability make it be used broadly worldwide in the highway construction. But the disadvantages of its poor skid-resistance durability and higher noise always puzzle road engineers and researchers in all kinds of countries. So far, the highway constructions in China will turn into a new developing period. People raise the higher need for safety and comfort performance of roads, how to improve the durability of anti-skidding and noise performance for cement concrete pavement, especially for highway tunnel cement concrete pavement has turned a problem to solve imperatively.This paper mainly researches the construction technology, skid-resistance performance and noise-reducing performance of the exposed aggregate cement concrete pavement. Based on theory analyses, indoors-accelerating wearing test is adopted in this paper. The skid-resistance performance of exposed aggregate concrete pavement surface consisting of different aggregate is researched through this test The texture-depth-attenuating development, wearing mass losing development and skid resistance coefficient attenuating development are received. Through the analysis on the formation mechanism of pavement rolling noise the reasonability of the indoor test method, tyre-dropping method, is ascertained. The quadratic regression correlation between pavement texture depth and the pavement noise is established by implementing the indoor pavement noise tests on cement concrete slabs of different surface characteristics. The acoustic reason of reducing cement pavement noise is found after taking 1/3-octave spectral analysis on the pavement noise. The experiment outcome testifies that, compared with the general cement concrete pamement, the exposed aggregate concrete pavement has outstanding skid-resistance and its durability, can increase skid-resistance coefficient 5~10(BPN) and can reduce the pavement noise Leq 4~10(dB(A)) effectively. The paper also studies the mechanization construction technology of Tunnel Skid-resistance Low-noise Cement Concrete Pavement.
