| With the elevation of road grade and linear standard in plateau area, there are a lot of pressuring problems including how to increase skid-resistance , comfortability, tunnel visibility and reduce pavement noise and so on. Exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement (EACCP) has high skid-resistance, low pavement noise and good drainage ability, which can reform and improve the cement concrete pavement performance in many aspects, Using EACCP is one of main routes which can solve those problems.Studied adaptability of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement application in plateau area, based on pavement engineering substance of Ga-La mountain tunnel pavement in La-Gong road. According to the laboratory test research ,this article puts forward pavement concrete proportion and major technical parameters; Combined with the present paving technology , equipments and experiment road ,studied concrete technology and method of paving EACCP in Ga-La mountain tunnel pavement in La-Gong road, this paper also puts forward the major index of construction quality control; In order to evaluate real effect of finished Ga-La mountain tunnel pavement in La-Gong road, locale tests of pavement performance are conducted ; A lot of relevant laboratory experiments are studied to study long pavement performance of EACCP. According to implement of engineering substance and combined with theoretical analysis and a lot of experiment researches ,this paper finishes the study on adaptability of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement application in plateau area.Indoor tests and engineering substance adaptation indicate that the first use of exposed-aggregate cement concrete pavement in plateau area is successful, the use of present construction technology in plateau area. is completely feasible. |
