Steep slope,sharp turn and toll plaza etc section in highway construction have high requirement for skid-resistance. Asphalt pavement in these sections easily causes disease, for example, rutting in uphill section,process in downhill section and horizontal process in sharp turn area. Besides, in toll plaza,export-import in service area and unloading point, because of brake and start, it easily accelerates forepart breakage, which reduces using quality. Especially for road reconstruction item in Mountain, the limitation of asphalt pavement is more obvious. Meanwhile, due to particularity of structure and environment for deck pavement, asphalt pavement layer easily causes process and surge etc forepart breakages; especial markedness is process in while. These questions all have turned problems to solve imperatively.Because of exposed aggregate, Exposed-aggregate Cement Concrete Pavement has abundant surface texture, which makes using function of cement concrete gained improvement and advance in many sides, at the time of keeping merit and conquering limitation of Portland cement concrete. Relying on engineering item, this thesis introduces into exposed-aggregate concrete technique, and develops appliance study of this technique in Inner Mongolia.This thesis studies resource status of useable materials,choosing standard for raw and processed materials optimizing of Mixture Design and control index of construction quality; consummates and summarizes key technique of road and deck pavement craftwork control for climate and circumstance in Inner Mongolia; meanwhile carries through locale testing and estimate for complete EACCP, consummating estimate and testing indoor for this kind of pavement, to supervise engineering practice, through enough indoor simulation test. Finally, this thesis brings forward technique and craftwork precept for EACCP in Inner Mongolia, to fill up application blank in this area. Moreover, from leadoff of engineering cost, this thesis analyses cost of different pavement structure formal. The result indicates: compared to asphalt pavement, EACCP has more amplitude application foreground, and its economical and society benefit is very obvious.
