At present, relevant legislations and regulations concerning project quality control and management are in an active process of perfection. ISO9000 authentication has met great approval and implementation on the parts of numerous companies and enterprises, and the concrete practice of quality management has been celebrated with in-depth development. However, it still requires further exploration and research, while technological methods that better apply to different companies needs unremitting efforts in the future, so that the engineering quality could be improved in many ways and on multiple scales.On the basis of practical considerations about the comprehensive Youngjiang River Improvement and Management Project, this thesis presents a concise elaboration on the basic theory of project quality management. It also, on the background of the project’s initiation, analyzes the importance, the objects, the characteristics, the influencing factors and the primary principles of the strengthening of project quality management, with much more focus on its administration and supervision, as well as its safeguard measures which include establish the efficient organization structure,establish the harmonious relationship between the demolition,construction the excellent demonstration section,structure diversified financing modes,create a good atmosphere of public opinion and establish the target responsibility system,strengthen staff education management,implemente a full range of supervision, and so on.The aim of this thesis is, on the height of theoretical level, to probe into the question of how to promote the Youngjiang River Improvement and Management Project more comprehensively and efficaciously, so that quality management theory could be further utilized, ameliorated and improved in all on-going projects. It is suggested in the research that scientific and standardized project planning as well as management are essential to the successful achievement of targets during the construction progress. |
