Analysis Of Xueling Shuian Huadu District Project Quality Management

This paper takes Linxia Xueling Shuian Huadu District project as the research object, take the research method through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, analysis of the quality management system of the project construction, and on this basis, from the plan of the quality management,quality management guarantee, quality management and control three aspects to formulate the quality management plan in detail. Aiming at the difficulties and problems that may arise in the process of the implementation of the scheme is analyzed in detail, put forward an effective solution, in order to control the engineering quality management.This paper firstly described the background and significance of the research, and the current research situation of quality management in home and abroad are introduced.By reading a lot of literatures and works by reference to the construction project quality management, have a comprehensive understanding and grasp, determines the main research contents and methods. This paper expounds the construction project quality management theory, and introduces the principle, characteristics and the process of construction project quality management. Then introduces the problems of construction engineering quality management in China, and aimed at these problems to propose solutions. Empirical analysis of the paper to the Xueling Shuian Huadu District as an example, introduces the basic situation of the project design, organization and schedule. Xueling Shuian Huadu District project quality management plan to carry on the analysis, determine the difficulty of construction and construction process of the quality goals and standards. And analysis the problems existing in the process of quality management in project construction through empirical research.This paper from the setting quality objectives, quality management system, the main construction quality assurance measures three aspects of the quality management of Xueling Shuian Huadu District engineering. And from the three stages of quality management in pre construction, construction process, construction control after the Xueling Shuian Huadu District engineering quality control and optimization. Finally, summarizes the quality management problems of Xueling Shuian Huadu District engineering in the construction process and the insufficiency, and combined with the analysis and research of this thesis, and verify the importance of the total quality management to the construction quality of construction projects, with a view to the future similar residential district management experience.
