EPS Particle Foam Blowing Agents Add Cement Ratio Concrete Forming And Optimization

In recent years, the building energy conservation has been paid more and more attention. At the same time, with the further implementation of the strategy of sustainable development, in the social environment of building materials, waste recycling, environmental protection requirements are more and more higher. Due to the characteristics of foamed concrete has more energy, it has been widely applied in building construction with energy saving. At present, it mainly used for building structure and traffic load reduction, thermal insulation, sound insulation and sound absorption, sloping, filling etc.. In view of this, this thesis will be used to make cement foaming agent waste particles in EPS block. Add cement foam concrete foaming agent EPS particles to make composite material of lightweight and high strength, and a variety of materials, how to combine with the optimal molding, have become the key technical problems to be solved.The major research contents are as follows:(1) The source of waste polystyrene are summarized and analyzed at home and abroad.(2) Concluded a set of mixture through the test of foam concrete.(3) Concluded a set of mixture through the test of cement concrete EPS.(4) Through the conclusion of foamed concrete and cement concrete EPS test, EPS particles were added to the foaming cement foam concrete, analyzes its forming method and optimization.(5) The construction process of foaming cement foam concrete added EPS particles were analyzed, and made an analysis of its economy.Results show that the addition of cement foam concrete foaming agent EPS particles by using full foam foaming agent foaming machine, and then added to the slurry water, cement, polypropylene powder, EPS powder, foam stabilizing agent modulation, through mixing after delivery system for field construction or by using a template to molding. The new system of material structure by static, it has contained a large number of closed porosity, low density, high strength, good thermal insulation effect, the characteristics of good silencing effect etc. Addition of foaming agent EPS particles of cement foam concrete is a kind of good economic benefits, cost-effective, environmentally friendly material.
