It is the goal has been pursued of the filling technology, that Seeking for low cost, abundant sources, simple production, green, superior performance of the new cementitious material, making the greatest efforts to reduce the amount of cementitious material, which reduces filling costs, and improve economic efficiency. The foam is introduced into the filling material which was prepared by a new type of grouting material for realistic production needs. The foam quality in filling material is good or bad depends largely on the foam agents. Thus, the foaming agent is the key to the performance of filling material factors, impacting on the filling grouting directly. In this paper, the rearch of the application of foaming agent on the light grouting material is to find a practical application in engineering foam cement grouting material. The main content of this paper are as follows.1) Analyz of the mechanism of foam blowing agents, understand the impact factors of foaming capacity and foam stability that make for the next rearch.2) Initial select Several foaming agents with good performance. Then prefer 3 foaming agents by comparing the foaming ability, foam stability and salinity affect.3) The prefered foaming agents is introduced into the slurry, which does the orthogonal test with foam stabilizing agents. Then find out the most optimized matching foaming agent by testing the density and rat of cement module.4) Does a series of stability tests, for testing the stability of the foaming agent from the orthogonal test, eliminating the human factors to the test results as far as possible, and discussing the feasibility of the optimal foaming agent in the real engineering application.
