| Foam concrete is one kinds of cement-based materials which using the some way to bleed air in it and having a large number of pores, it has been widely concerned because of lightweight, heat preservation and heat insulation, sound insulation refractory characteristics and so on. In recent years, there are more research on foam concrete, but there are more or less limitations, the research for low density foam concrete is less and the quality of foaming agent is bad. So, it has important significance to through systematic study about the influence of main factors to the properties of foam concrete to optimizing the raw materials and proportioning, then achieving the high-performance foam concrete.This paper will use Ordinary Portland cement as the main raw material to make foam concrete which has high strength, low density, good thermal performance and will be more economic and practical through foaming agent,mineral admixtures,EPS lightweight aggregate,early strength agent and waterproofing agent. Then testing the the properties of samples,the results showed that:The results of study about foaming agent showed:based on AES, using AOS replace part of AES with 40% of the amount and using MPS as the steady bubble component can get excellent foaming agent, the foam multiple is 38.8, bleeding water for 1h is 45 ml, distance of settlement for 1h is only 1mm.The results of study about foam concrete showed:water cement ratio has evident impact on strength, at the density of 450 kg/m3,when it less then 0.5, the strength will be increased from 0.33 MPa to 1.20 MPa with the increase of water cement ratio, when it higher then 0.5,the strength has a small reducing from 1.20 MPa to 1.12 MPa. Silica fume ismixedin foam concrete with the dosage of 3% in the way of replacing cement can improve the strength effectively, but as the same time, it will increase the bibulous rate of foam concrete.Foam concrete are incorporated CaSO4, AlCl3, Al2(SO4)3, the best of early strength effectis CaSO4 with the dosage of 0.5%, at the density of 450 kg/m3, strength of 3 days can reach 0.6MPa,while the AlCl3 and Al2(SO4)3causing chalking of foam concrete, the strength is under 0.21 MPa. EPS can effectively reduce the density of foam concrete, when the volume of EPS share of 50%, it is more easy to get the low density of foam concrete which can under 300 kg/m3, thermal conductivity coefficient can reduce to 0.0795W/(m·K). Density directly influences the bibulous rate and the thermal conductivity coefficient, it with bibulous rate have an inverse relationship, as the same time it with thermal conductivity coefficient have a positive relationship. Organosilicon waterproofing agent and paraffin emulsionunder the dosage of 3% can effectively reduce the bibulous rate, the volume of bibulous rate are 13.1% and 16.9%. By analyzing the various factors of effecting the performance of foam concrete,the best mixture ratio is that:water cement ratio is 0.5,silica fume ismixed with 3%,CaSO4 is mixed with 0.5%,the volume of EPS share of 50%,organosilicon waterproofing agent is mixed with 3%. Then can get the excellent foam concrete:the density is 270kg/m3, the strength of 28 d is 0.51 MPa, thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.0795W/(m·K), the volume of bibulous rate is 13.1%. |
