| Today, economic and social development around the world are accompanied by huge energy consumption, energy issues is gradually increased to be a common problem throughout the world.Energy crisis all over the world, energy demand and supply in developing countries led by China formed a great contradiction, making energy-saving problem has been unprecedented attention. Building belong to the "energy-hungry" in global energy consumption, the energy consumption of buildings is as high as 30% to 40%, which makes the building energy consumption problem has become the primary task to solve the problems of excessive energy consumption and energy shortages. Currently,the research to solve the problem of building energy loss has two main aspects:First, energy-saving design from the initial stage of construction; Second, the building energy-saving renovation.Germany has reached the world advanced level in existing buildings newer research theory and technology,and in the construction of energy-saving renovation practice has achieved outstanding results. As a background,this paper makes a comprehensive summary of the German building energy renovation development, introduces the core content of energy-saving policies and regulations, discussing energy-saving technology in system and its application in building renovation. German government enacted a series of laws and regulations to promote energy efficient buildings,the experience for incentivizing construction renovation is worth learning from. Under the impetus of the policy, Germany focus on energy efficiency of building renovation, energy saving technology has also been practiced in China.On this basis, this paper makes the theory of energy-saving renovation and the summary of technology as statt-point,in the analysis of field research as a methods,making a research of Germany energy-saving strategy in building renovation from three aspects including maintenance of the structure, building space and construction equipment.For the renovation of maintenance of the structure, the paper discuss the specific energy policy in detail including optimizing existing buildings with natural lighting to enhance the performance of windows, doors and balconies insulation, external wall insulation to strengthen the transformation, the transformation to enhance ventilation, energy-saving roof renovation. For the renovation of building space, this paper discusses how to use the atrium space, sun room and "buffer space" happened to optimize space physics effects of indoor environmental comfort, combined with the functional requirements of the building to take reasonable renovation strategy and save energy. For the renovation of building equipment, this paper introduces the principle of assisted mechanical ventilation system, fresh air heat recovery systems, photovoltaic systems and solar shading intelligent PV systems, and analyze its energy-saving through the actual renovation scenario, then draw on existing buildings’ energy-saving renovation strategy.Germany advocated a comprehensive building energy-saving renovation ideas, attention to the combination of technological breakthroughs and practical applications, emphasizing the user’s comfort, energy saving during buildings’ use phase, construction and installation of environmental protection. It should be done that minimizing equipment, using green cleaning materials, making full use of renewable energy sources, combining with innovative, site-specific design methods to save energy,and meeting the needs of the construction of sustainable development in building renovation. China’s urban construction is in a period of rapid development,large scale urban construction and demolition and construction phenomenon, making the environment and resources are under tremendous pressure, large-scale new construction areas will gradually shift our focus to reform the old building adaptive re-use stage. Germany proven advanced building energy renovation strategy has universal for China’s building energy ascendant renovation. |
