Since entering the 21st century,global resource shortage and the various industries competing for the first task of energy saving and improve the efficiency of resource use as the enterprise survival and development,and as the general public buildings,the stadium has a large space,window to wall ratio,intermittent use cycle is long,to accommodate the number of features,in the competition and non competition period for cooling in summer and heating in winter.The requirements are not the same,many large public buildings construction time earlier,when the design less awareness of energy-saving and environmental protection,so it is easy to cause the waste of resources.Therefore,to improve the utilization of resources and reduce the waste of resources is the primary task that is placed before us.In order to better solve the problem of high energy consumption of public buildings,I further investigate and study the Liaoyang gymnasium..From the investigation,we find that stadium building envelope insulation measures are not perfect;circulation of air conditioning system in energy consumption of pumps serious;heating throw the traditional centralized heating;poor indoor comfort;lighting control technology is backward.In order to solve the energy consumption of gymnasium and improve the indoor heat and humidity environment,it is very important to solve the energy consumption of public buildings and improve the utilization of resources.Respectively in this paper on glass curtain walls,roofing and exterior analysis,discusses the main factors influence the indoor gymnasium load changes,and to focus on a typical external insulation and thermal insulation wall of heat preservation performance evaluation index,three kinds of exterior thermal insulation performance evaluation index analysis,to build masonry technique is proposed for process guidance,to meet the indoor comfort requirements.Through the analysis of the air conditioning system,discuss the effects of variable pump variable flow energy principle and variable flow performance of the unit,respectively on the variable primary flow speed regulating pump,variable flow secondary pump speed and constant flow pump energy calculation and analysis,optimal energy-saving way.For DSM building heat balance of the unit flow,pump energy consumption,time division of temperature control and economy are discussed,and analysis of the design of the heating mode was compared in the aspects of energy saving,economy,stability and maneuverability;equipment choice Commission mode of heating process know,make the design heating mode better play to provide guarantee conditions.In the Gymnasium Building periphery of the existing structure,based on considering the transformation of energy-saving,economic,environmental external envelope structure,based on the internal and external wall insulation increased a layer of external insulation,to further improve the thermal insulation effect,reduce external envelope structure heat,and in the original roof based on increased on the waterproof layer planting green plants,the outside of the glass curtain wall system settings,shutter,the summer will be rolling down,reduce solar heat gain,transition season and winter,the rolling blind is rolled up,increased solar radiation.Influence of variable frequency pump VVVF principle,frequency conversion pump performance of the unit,and introduces the common control strategies of variable pump and analysis of energy consumption of variable flow system,calculation and comparison,original air conditioner water circulation system by the original primary pump constant flow system is changed to a variable flow pump system,pump with variable frequency speed regulation pump,water pump power consumption can save 63%.On building heat balance unit performance and characteristics are introduced,and for sports management transformation of construction equipment in the transformation of the program,at the entrance of the heat added building heat balance unit,thus the pull for large temperature difference to reduce the flow,through the calculation of the flow and energy consumption of the pump,the pump can be 20 percent of the energy savings;and according to the change of outside temperature and time plan control,calculation that heating low temperature season load operation,23%energy saving.In order to better improve the stadium system energy-saving of scientific and systematic,the needle external envelope structure and air conditioning system cycle,heating system equipment proposed corresponding improvement measures,the stadium can play a better energy-saving effect.
