Studies On Management Of Safety Production In Construction Enterprises Based On Development Of Networking

In China construction industry, the safety accidents frequently happen, and the situation of construction safety is grim. The analysis shows that the most of construction accidents are caused by impropriety management of construction companies. Construction companies are beginning to realize the importance of management, improve the level of safety management is imperative. Currently, the safety management of China construction companies are extensive and inefficiency. But a few company's safety production management concepts and practices are scientific and effective, such as Zhongzhou Construction Company.This paper studies the concepts and practices in the Zhongzhou's safety production management, such as the establishment of an advanced networking platform and used in safety management, design of safety production organizations and management of construction rules for development of networking. This paper deems that the company has an operational, effectiveness, advanced production safety management, and is worth learning and promotion.The main results are:1. Proposed to use high-tech means, to establish the networking and apply into the safety production management, change from the'artificial prevention'to 'technical prevention', to improve management efficiency.2. To make better use of networking, Zhongzhou Construction Company made a number of innovative ideas from the impact of organization design on the safety management, to establish three level safety production guarantee system, to increase the number of full-time security officer, and to establish scientific design, flexible operation, fast instruction organization.3. From the results of instruction execution, consider to achieve the purpose of networking management better, building work safety management rules of Zhongzhou especially to its executive of personal management system.
