This paper makes a research on partial bond graded crush stone using in asphalt pavement. It’s based on the< Research on Low cement dosage half flexible base asphalt pavement technology application> of Highway Bureau of Liaoning province traffic hall.Firstly, this paper makes analysis on strength mechanism of the low cement dosage stability gradation grave. Dense framework is best for low cement dosage stability gradation grave design. Two gradation are chosen, namely dense framework I and dense framework Ⅱ. The proportion of aggregate composing is determined. Also optimum water content and maximum dry density under different cement dose are determined.Secondly, making research of low cement dosage stability gradation grave by laboratory tests, like no side limit compressive strength of a week, compressive modulus of resilience, cleavage strength and shrinkage. It provides parameter for material pavement structural analysis and design. The studies have shown that contraction coefficient of cement stabilized semi-rigid base increasing with the doses of cement. It’s much obvious in continuous than framework.Analyze the mechanical response of low cement dosage stability graded crushed stone base by using ABAQUS. Making research of material parameter’s influence to calculation indicators in low cement dosage stability base by combined with test road conditions. Recommend typical pavement structure for light, medium and heavy traffic class under different soil base status.Evaluation use effect of low cement dosage stability graded crushed stone by test road. Learn from existing norms and mature research results, to carry out Key Technology Research for construction of low cement dosage stability graded crushed stone.Finally, make long-term observation of the test road including smoothness and pavement distress. According to the survey, low cement dosage stability graded crushed stone has an obvious effect on holding reflective cracking. When the cement dosage is identical, dense framework I and dense framework Ⅱ have almost the same suppression effect of reflective cracking. Road surface flatness testing showed that when we reduce the cement dosage, flatness increasing. This indicates that cement dosage has significantly effect to the entire pavement structural stiffness. However, in a certain range, an increase deformation does not mean the destruction of pavement structure. Surface deflection of dense framework Ⅰ is small than that in dense framework Ⅱ while the cement dosage is equal.
