The cement stabilized macadam base is widely used in road engineering,and the integrity of the base directly affects all kinds of performance of the road in the process of use.In the actual construction process,the whole condition of the water stabilized macadam base is evaluated by analyzing the core sample taken out.Therefore,this paper uses the principle of design strength to determine the appropriate coring time,at the same time,the integrity and compactness of the coring samples are analyzed,and reasonable technical indexes are put forward to evaluate the appearance of the coring samples synthetically.Through the test in the specification to determine the required gradation and various gradation of cement stabilized macadam base related physical quantities,molding three gradation,three cement dosage of cement stabilized macadam base standard test pieces,placed in the temperature of 10?,20?,30?,40?,50?,humidity of 95% for different periods of health,to obtain its compressive strength value.Using the concept of maturity,the interaction of temperature and time is recorded as maturity,the obtained strength and age are fitted,the reaction rate constant is obtained,the reaction rate constant is analyzed from different angles,two maturity equations are obtained,the calculation method of equivalent age is obtained by using the equation,and the strength is estimated by equivalent age.The apparent activation energy equation can be predicted better ?10?30,and the degree time product equation is better in the range of 30?50.At the same time,in the actual construction process,we can use the design strength value of the base to calculate the required equivalent age value,and then monitor the actual health environment to obtain a reasonable coring time.By using the method of calculating the time of coring,the appearance of coring sample is analyzed at the appropriate coring age,and the defect types and causes the defects are obtained,and the preventive measures are of some guiding significance to the actual construction.At the same time,the method and specific index of evaluating the integrity of the core sample are determined,the integrity degree of the core sample is obtained by measuring the height of the core sample,the construction depth of the core sample is measured to obtain its density,and the appearance of the core sample is analyzed and evaluated by the integrity degree and density,and the integrity status of the core sample point is obtained.At the same time,the data of each point is introduced into the matlab to evaluate the integrity of the whole inspection section,and the unqualified area of construction is obtained to rework it.
