With modern production scale continuously expand and deepen, parking problem is increasingly serious, modern, automated multi-layer garage is in the case of productivity and science and technology constantly improve the emergence of a new technology, is also a kind of technology in the development. In order to be kept in access to improve space utilization and ensure high efficiency, automated three-dimensional garage vehicle access path of high efficiency, high speed and accurate control requirement, parking management, scheduling and operation optimization by people's attention, the access path optimization control problem becomes one of research hot spot problems needed to resolve. Based on vehicle automated multi-layer garage access path optimization problems are studied, by using the genetic algorithm, the vehicle access path optimization problem. Research has important practical value and broad application prospects.The main contents are as follows:(1) Automated Warehouse with the development status of the domestic and international issues of purpose and meaning. For the development trend of automated warehouse, developed using genetic algorithm and ant colony optimization of automated warehouse picking stacker subject programs.(2) Analysis of the composition and automated warehouse processes, the use of PLC and PC communication to achieve the automated warehouse of flexible and efficient control. Stacker provides a storage process, and the task of selecting the goods out of storage to develop the process of its program, using the host computer application tasks in the queue management system for distribution of goods chosen path stacker.(3) Control algorithm for the application of purely genetic algorithm with 20 bits of the selection of goods chosen path optimization tasks. Designed a genetic algorithm coding, initial population, individual fitness function, selection operator, crossover operator, mutation operator, for the engineering requirements of the task queue for too long to wait for the individual tasks of a Species added to the waiting time of the task queue individual fitness function.(4) The research of simulation algorithm.The ant colony optimization with genetic algorithm combined with 6 points of the path selection of goods, and by solving the simulation TransCAD transportation planning software, picking 6 can avoid computing a large amount of tedious programming, debugging, optimization of complex and paired according to Optimal solution algorithm for influence, but also obtain the actual shortest path stacker selection of goods, and its test simulation.(5) The research of this paper are summarized, and next steps are discussed.
