Design Of Intelligent Control System For Automated Parking Equipment

Solid garage is a new type of garage designed for automatic parking and scientific storage.With the upgrading of people's living standards into a new era,the number of cars has also grown rapidly.Many people will opt to drive in private cars but parking is now aregular life's trouble.Stereo garage can take full advantage of the limited space,to maximize the parking,which solves the problem of less parking vehicles in traditional parking lot.The main structure of the stereo garage is designed by taking the lifting and moving of 21 parking Spaces of 5 floors and 5 columns as an example.And because stereo garage belongs to special equipment,we adopt a variety of safety measures to ensure the safety of vehicles and personnel and the smooth operation of the stereo garage.According to the working principle of lifting and moving stereo parking garage,the control system,including the hardware and software,is designed based on PLC.Meanwile established the mathematic model of the garage system,and analyzed and compared three control strategies through simulation experiments,showing that in-situ waiting strategy should be selected.Designed the communication monitoring system of the Stereo garage,including communication of WinCC and PLC,WinCC monitoring screen,data analysis and report printing.The system is optimized by the control strategy and PLC controller.At the same time,the stereo garage not only has the field access vehicle operating platform,but also has the remote monitoring system to realize the intelligent control.The system is equipped with perfect safety devices and protective measures.Therefore,the system has the characteristics of safety,rapidity,high speed and real-time.The stereo garage can not only improve the utilization rate of parking land,but also achieve effective management and gets good results.Figure26;Table4;Reference 40...
