Planning Strategies Of Shuangquan Town Of Wudalianchi City Relying On Tourism Based On Seasonal Tourism

Nowadays,tourism has gradually become fashionable industry and a relaxedlifestyle. With flourishing development of tourism industry, the appetite of people totravel is rapidly expanding, in their spare time, the pursuit of relaxed lifestyle hasbecome a symbol of modern identity. Now, in order to meet people’s traveling needs,both quantities and size of various scenic spots have been expanded rapidly, and inthis time, quality of scenic area and scale of service become an important guarantyfor the development of scenic spots. Since the natural resources and environment isnot destroyed, a group of towns which is close to the scenic spots get the chance todevelop. This not only meets the multi-level needs of tourists and brings a full rangeof travel experiences, but also promotes urban development. However, because thenatural environment and climate of the scenic spots are different, the tourismreflects a clear seasonal change, so the planning and using of facilities is becomingmore and more important.This paper takes Shuangquan town of Wudalianchi city as an example,proposing implementation strategies of towns relying on tourism against seasonaltourism. Wudalianchi is a famous volcano destination. In recent years, continuousdevelopment of scenic spots have also attracted large number of tourists. As theinscription and protection of the scenic area, facilities is banned to construct in thescenic spots. Shuangquan town locates in south part of the scenic spot,andprovincial highway303connects the town and scenic spot. With the advantage oflocation, the town can provide convenient service for the scenic spots. However,affected by climate, service of scenic reflects an apparent seasonal variation, thedifferences of seasonal tourists also affect the sustainable development of the towns.In this process, we should propose more explicit requirements focusing on thedevelopment of Shuangquan town.The paper uses several methods to find out the current and developingproblems of Shuangquan town,such as literature review, field research, comparativecase studies and questionaire survey. With the development of scenery，the functionof the town is becoming obvious. However, although Shuangquan town sharesbenefits that scenic season brings, but also bears the negative impact of thedepression of the tourists. Based on the current situation in the research and analysisof Shuangquan town, this paper sums up its problems of functional layout, industrialstructure and other issues in the process of development, and puts forward planningstrategies aiming at these problems. The research results make a great significanceon the development of the town located in Northeast region which nearby the scenic area and has obvious seasonal tourism.
