Study On Methodologies To Planning Of Tourism Town Around Big Cities

Town, isn’t just China’s most basic administrative unit, and the organization and development of the basic platform of the majority of rural areas, it’s also an important starting point to achieve urban and rural co-ordination.With the improvement of socio-economic development and people’s living standards, tourism has become a common spiritual lifestyle. Especially in large cities surrounding areas, some municipalities having good tourism resources due to favorable geographic conditions, become the preferred destination for tourists. Those towns meet the needs of large urban population travel, and thus also developing rapidly. At the same time, planning how to meet the development needshas become an important issue.In 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development carry out the national town planning pilot projects, to explore the town planning method, which meet the actual small towns and can solve the problem of small towns, including planning concept, purpose, content and depth of different functions. Zhengguo town of Zengcheng District of Guangzhou City, with many years of pla nning and development of accumulated experience was selected as one of the four pilot town tourism characteristic industries. The author early full participated in a number of towns planning practices and constantly thinking metropolitan planning nearby town in the process of improving the pilot plan. This paper focuses on the differences between town planning and urban planning, the surrounding tourist towns and general towns. This paper also focuses on planning systems, plan content which can better reflect the nature of the travel planning content. This paper presents "1 + 1 + X + N" Structure in the preparation of the system, that are the town planning, township planning, multiple unit planning and several recent projects detailed design. In the planning content, this paper also discusses on four aspects closely related to the development of tourism industry, scale, land, facilities and style etc.
